Pandey Is Ready To Strip Nude In Front Of Winning Team Only!

On Sunday (03.04.2011), India beat Sri Lanka in a highly-charged match to win the much-coverted Cricket World Cup, and the biggest question in India is: when is Poonam Pandey going to strip nude?


The 19-year-old model and die-hard cricket fan has vowed to go completely nude in front of thousands should India beat Pakistan in the semis and eventually win the Cricket World Cup this year. However, after India's win, she was nowhere to be seen and cricket fans took to the Internet to question Pandey's commitment.

On Monday (04.04.2011), the 19-year-old model finally broke her silence and she has decided to keep her promise to bare it all - but only in front of the 2011 World Cup winners! Pandey, one of the top eight contestants of Gladrags' model hunt contest last year, issued a statement through her manager saying that she was waiting for the Board of Control for Cricket in India's permission to strip nude in front of the team.

Pandey also tweeted: "Once Steve Forbes said 'A promise made should be a promise kept.' so guys soon will complete my promise just Wait n watch."

According to her manager, Pandey has made a "humble request" to be allowed to "perform in the privacy of the Indian cricket team's dressing room or any other place of your choosing". She also suggested "a foreign land like Paris in France, so that the Laws of India - if a hindrance, shall not apply".

The Board of Control for Cricket in India has not responded to the request yet, but we reckon they should say yes for the love of the sport.
